At Clarks Shoes Shop, we stand behind the quality of our boys’ footwear and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, all footwear must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging with all protective coverings intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Prepare Your Items
- Ensure items are in original condition with all tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
Step 2: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Return shipping address
- Return authorization number (RMA#)
- Any special packaging instructions
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
