Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our boys’ footwear and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Footwear must be in unworn condition with original packaging and all tags attached
  • Accessories must be returned in original packaging with all protective coverings intact
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Ensure all items meet our return conditions and pack them securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Return shipping address
  • Return authorization number (RMA#)
  • Any special packaging instructions

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
